As they made contact with Brasfield, she admitted to soliciting prostitution, and further investigation revealed that she had a warrant out of Texas for prostitution. After she was detained, the officers asked if she had any drugs, and she advised there was “fen” in her front right pocket. They then retrieved a plastic bag from her pocket that contained 0.2 grams of Fentanyl.

Erin Brasfield was arrested and charged with possession of Fentanyl. She was released on a $5,000 bond, and her warrant out of Texas was dismissed due to her being in custody in Memphis.
