Apartment complex security guard steals resident’s belongings while she is incarcerated

30-year-old Racheal Dunson was charged with aggravated burglary after he and his girlfriend broke into an apartment while the resident was in jail and stole over $8,000 worth of her belongings.

On August 26th, Destiny Parker reported during her incarceration, a burglary occurred at her apartment located at 2511 Ketchum Road. Parker advised that her neighbor, Monterrio Jones, witnessed the apartment complex security guard, Racheal Dunson, and his girlfriend Samantha Williams, taking food and children’s clothes from her apartment at 1:00 in the morning.

Parker stated when she returned on September 9th to get the rest of her belongings, Dunson and Williams were taking her bed, the children’s bunk beds, and her couches out of her apartment. Parker reported her bed, couches, three TVs, children’s clothes, bunk beds, diapers, and $4,000 in cash were missing.

Rachael Dunson was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated burglary. He was later released on a $10,000 bond.
