Per Joshalyn’s account, Mohamed came to her aunt, Annette Jones’, apartment uninvited. Joshalyn’s 9-year-old nephew unknowingly invited him inside. She screamed at Mohamed “Why are you here!?” Mohamed then grabbed an air mattress off the floor in the living room. The two got into a physical altercation that involved hitting and biting one another. He attempted to put the mattress in his 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander, but she busted out the back window with a jar to prevent him from taking it.

Per Mohamed’s account, he went to Annette’s apartment to retrieve his air mattress, and Annette let him in. While he was getting his mattress, Joshalyn started hitting and biting him, and while he was attempting to put the mattress in his car, she busted out his rear window. Mohamed then called the police.

Annette told police that she did not observe the altercation and that she did not let Mohamed in the apartment.

Mohamed Samba was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on a $2,500 bond.
