21-year-old Brandon Brown was charged with theft of property and vandalism for destroying a woman’s kiosk after she began filming him because she thought he was selling stolen items.
20-year-old Brandon Brown was charged with intentionally evading arrest in auto, evading arrest, leaving the scene of the accident, reckless driving, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, resisting official detention, and theft of property after officers recognized the vehicle that he was in was stolen. He then wrecked, got out, and ran to hide in the woods until he was caught by a K9 officer.
