20-year-old Darion and 18-year-old Devonn Townsend were charged with attempted murder, evading arrest, and tampering with evidence after Darion fired a pistol at a man driving behind them and Devonn threw the pistol in a lake.
32-year-old Lee Fitzgerald was charged with six separate drug charges, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. 27-year-old Nicholas Christian was charged with driving on a revoked license, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of vehicle registration. The duo’s charges come after being caught with nearly 20 grams of various drugs, two scales and a hand press during a traffic stop.
39-year-old Richard Tabb Jr. was charged with possession of heroin with intent, convicted felon in possession of a handgun, and tampering with evidence after his son was involved in a shooting incident that lead to him disposing of the gun involved and then getting caught with heroin on a search warrant.
27-year-old Jeremiah Gray was charged with possession of marijuana with intent, possession of Xanax with intent, possession of Ecstasy with intent, tampering with evidence, and resisting arrest after attempting to outrun police that approached him for suspicious activity.
