18-year-old Marcus Humphrey was charged with theft of property, vandalism, leaving the scene of an accident, and aggravated assault after stealing a 2017 Dodge Charger and then using it to strike an officer and police vehicle.
24-year-old Darrin Bearden was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, and drag racing when he was topping out at 115 mph in his Dodge Charger racing a Dodge Challenger on I-40 West. Marijuana was found in his vehicle after it was impounded.
