36-year-old Delmy Cruz was seen in an orange Scion swerving between lanes on I-240 on April 21st. Officers made contact with Cruz and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as they approached her. Cruz then admitted to drinking earlier in the day. Cruz then attempted field sobriety tests, which she performed poorly. Delmy Cruz was taken into custody and charged with improper lane changing, improper signal use, and driving under the influence.
