22-year-old Iliana Pizarro was taken into custody for being a fugitive from justice without a warrant on April 26th. The Shelby County Sherriff’s Office received a hit from the Nation Crime Information Center, showing that Pizarro had an outstanding warrant for property theft ranging from $5,000-$50,000 in Arkansas. Law enforcement confirmed the incident with the West Memphis Police Department.
22-year-old Charl’Aree Fluker was involved in an altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Jerry Duckett, at Linden Grave Cove on December 25th, 2023. Duckett told officers that Fluker went to his residence to visit their child. While Flucker was there, she started an argument that turned physical when she punched Duckett while he was holding their infant child. Further investigation of the incident revealed that on December 10th, Fluker was arrested for another domestic incident between her and Duckett. Charl’Aree Fluker was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
33-year-old Kamilah Fair was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Demetrice Huff, at their East McLemore Avenue residence on March 30th. Hoof told law enforcement that while he was arguing with Fair, she picked up a knife and stabbed him. Officers observed and photographed Huff’s injuries. Kamilah Fair was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault on April 25th.
46-year-old Amerle Clark was involved in an altercation with the mother of her son’s child, Jasmine Farris, on April 17th. Farris stated that while she was driving near the intersection of Springdale Street and Chelsea Avenue, she saw Clark in a silver Ford Expedition. According to Farris, Clark proceeded to let her window down and waved a gun at her while yelling. Farris informed law enforcement that there was an ongoing feud from a previous fight between them, which occurred earlier in the day. On April 18th, Farris arrived at the Crump Station and provided them with a recorded video statement describing the incident to have happened. Amerle Clark was then taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault on April 25th.
36-year-old Tracy Clements was seen stealing a Lexus RX350 from James Schultz at the Cracker Barrel on Davies Plantation Road on January 16th. Schultz told law enforcement that he met Clements at the mentioned location, and she gave him a $12,000 cashier’s check. On January 25th, Schultz received a call from his bank advising that the check did not go through because it was fraudulent. Law enforcement made contact with Schultz, and he provided them with the check with the confirmation from the bank that it was returned. Law enforcement then contacted Tracy, but she did not return any of their calls. Tracy Clements was later taken into custody and charged with theft of property and forgery on April 25th.
42-year-old Amy Edge was seen asleep in a gold 2014 Chevy Malibu behind the Marathon gas station on Elvis Presley Boulevard on April 22nd. When officers arrived, they found Edge inside the driver’s seat and Jesse Cogbill in the passenger. Officers received a notice that the Chevy Malibu was reported stolen by Charlie Caswell from his driving school. Law enforcement spoke with Caswell, and he provided officers with a video of Edge and Cogbill stealing the vehicle. Edge and Cogbill were transported to booking, where they spoke with investigators. Both of them waived their Miranda Rights and admitted to stealing the car. Amy Edge was charged with theft of property.
23-year-old Myia Rubin was caught stealing from Dillard’s on Poplar Avenue on September 13th, 2023. Dillard’s security observed Rubin taking a hoodie, a purse, and a pair of pants worth $355 via surveillance footage. When stopped by law enforcement, Rubin stated that she didn’t know she could not leave the store, go into the mall with the merchandise, then return and pay for it. Law enforcement cited her for the violation, and she was later booked on the citation of theft of merchandise on April 22nd.
27-year-old Jasmine Hoyle was caught violating her order of protection at her ex-girlfriend, Lashondra Redd’s, home on March 28th. According to Redd, Hoyle came to her residence and started beating on her, demanding to be let in. When Redd came downstairs, she observed Hoyle pulling on her door to get inside. Redd was granted the order of protection on January 10th, so Hoyle coming into contact with her violated this.
On April 22nd, Hoyle was again seen at the Rivergrove Apartments, violating her order of protection. This time, Redd observed Hoyle inside her apartment. Jasmine Hoyle was taken into custody and charged with two counts of violation of protection order.
26-year-old Tranea Stewart was involved in an altercation with her aunt, Eugenia Dandridge, on April 22nd. Law enforcement arrived at the location and made contact with Dandridge, who stated that Stewart confronted her for leaving the door open. According to Dandridge, Stewart aggressively approached her and told her, “I got you bitch, what you want to do.” Stewart followed that up by punching Dandridge in the face several times. Tranea Stewart was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
25-year-old Kenyatta Brown was seen assaulting Cameron Al-Wali at Cooper Street on April 21st. Officers arrived at the location and observed Brown being held back from attacking Al-Wali. When the bystanders saw the officers step out of their vehicle, they released Brown, which led to Brown chasing Al-Wali down the street. Officers told Brown to stop, but she refused to listen, so they made Al-Wali come to them to stop her. This, however, did not stop Brown from assaulting him and trying to strike him with a large piece of glass in her hand. Officers then attempted to place Brown in custody, but she refused and would not give officers her hands to get cuffed. After a brief struggle, officers got her cuffed and attempted to put her in the squad car, but she again struggled by stiffening her body and putting her leg on the door. Kenyatta Brown was transported to booking and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
