60-year-old Tony Williams was charged with sexual battery after he removed his 15-year-old cousin’s clothes while she was sleeping and was caught on top of her by her mother.
On September 5th, Officers Mcintyre and Dermyer arrived at 2649 Supreme Avenue in response to a forcible fondling. Officers spoke with Demetra Conner, mother of a fifteen-year-old who she saw being touched by her cousin Tony Williams. Conner claims to have seen Tony on top of her daughter with his pants around his knees. She reportedly got Tony off of her and chased him off.
The daughter told authorities that she had fallen asleep on the couch with her earphones inside her ear and that at about 12:38 am she felt Tony turn her over while sleeping. She said she awoke with her pants around her knees, and Tony on top of her with no pants or underwear on. She said it was at that time he touched her private areas. Tony’s underwear was found on the floor of the room that he and the juvenile shared. Tony made the claims that he was the one sleeping on the couch and that he was awoken by the young girl on top of him with his pants down. Conner’s daughter says Tony did not penetrate her and only fondled her.
Tony Williams was arrested and charged with sexual battery. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $15,000 bond.
