23-year-old Myia Rubin was caught stealing from Dillard’s on Poplar Avenue on September 13th, 2023. Dillard’s security observed Rubin taking a hoodie, a purse, and a pair of pants worth $355 via surveillance footage. When stopped by law enforcement, Rubin stated that she didn’t know she could not leave the store, go into the mall with the merchandise, then return and pay for it. Law enforcement cited her for the violation, and she was later booked on the citation of theft of merchandise on April 22nd.
Myia Eunesha Rubin of Creekwood Dr in Memphis, TN, was booked into the Shelby County Jail on April 22nd, charged with theft of merchandise.
