37-year-old Terrica Malone had a domestic incident with her husband, Samuel Malone, at their Bradfield Run residence around 7:55 a.m. on April 24th. When deputies arrived, they spoke with Mr. Malone, who advised he confronted Mrs. Malone after he discovered she had been having an affair with another man. Mr. Malone then told her to leave the residence. He said this caused her to become irate and start scratching his forehead. When officers spoke with Mrs. Malone, she stated that Mr. Malone confronted her about an affair and struck her in the face when she was in the bathtub. However, she changed her story several times while speaking to police. Terrica Malone was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Terrica Malone was booked into the Shelby County Jail on April 24th, charged with domestic assault with bodily harm. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
