Booster Brianna Neal steals $1,239 worth of merchandise in multiple incidents


21-year-old Brianna Monique Neal was one of several females who stole merchandise from the Park Avenue TJ Maxx on March 1st. They were responsible for taking $319.84 of items.

Then, on March 30th, Neal was one of many females who entered Painted Tree, concealed merchandise in their shirts, and left without paying for $350.00 of items.

Then, on April 12th, officers were dispatched to TJ Maxx on Giacosa Place regarding a theft. Multiple women entered the establishment, selected $920.00 of merchandise, and left without paying. On May 5th, LD Simms, a TJ Maxx loss prevention agent, identified Neal as one of the females involved in both incidents, March 1st and April 12th. The aggregated total for TJ Maxx is $1239.84. Neal was taken into custody for two counts of theft on May 8th.


Brianna Monique Neal of Stovall Avenue Memphis, TN, was booked into the Shelby County Jail on May 8th, charged with theft of property. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,000.
