Kaydra Johnson tries to sell stolen gun to Cash America Pawn


29-year-old Kaydra Johnson was seen trying to sell a stolen gun at the Cash America Pawn on US Highway 51 on April 15th. An employee, Danny Frazier, contacted law enforcement, saying that two individuals came inside and tried to pawn a Ruger 9mm pistol. Frazier informed officers that there was tape on the pistol, so he refused to buy the gun from them. Jonhson and her partner “Bogan” returned to Cash America Pawn again on May 10th. Frazier recognized the two and immediately called law enforcement. When officers arrived, they checked the pistol’s serial number and found that the gun was stolen. Kaydra Johnson was taken into custody and charged with theft of property.


Kaydra Rachelle Johnson of Longleaf Oak Cove Memphis, TN, was booked into the Shelby County Jail on May 10th, charged with theft of property . A judicial commissioner set her bond at $2,000.
