28-year-old Ladarius Clark was observed driving a white Lexus with darker-than-legal tinted windows near Gayoso Avenue and South Danny Thomas Boulevard around 7:30 p.m. on May 26th. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and spoke with Clark, who reeked of marijuana and stated he did not have a driver’s license. Once detained, a subsequent search of the Lexus yielded 41.5 grams of marijuana and 2 “blunt-like marijuana cigarettes.” Clark was taken into custody for felony possession of marijuana, a tinted windows violation, and driving without a license.
Ladarius Clark was booked into the Shelby County Jail on May 26th, charged with manufacture, deliver, sell controlled substance and no drivers license. He was released on his own recognizance.
