He may be safe from corona, but not public intox or disorderly conduct

35-year-old Kyle Brasher was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct after being reported for yelling, cursing, and causing a disturbance in the lobby of a local hotel.

On March 13th, officers were dispatched to a local hotel in reference to an intoxicated person. The call was made by manager James Davis. When officers arrived, they observed Kyle Brasher yelling, cursing, and causing a disturbance in the lobby of the hotel.

Officers noted they attempted to allow Kyle to leave on his own, but he became very angry and refused to leave the premises. Officers then placed Kyle in custody and transported him for booking.

Kyle Brasher was arrested and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $1,000.
