32-year-old Tarrus Pointer was charged with disorderly conduct after being asked by employees of Da “Sauce” Wings and officers multiple times because he refused to pay for his order.
On February 26th, Officers McClinton and Bacchus responded to a disturbance call at 7020 East Shelby Drive. According to the affidavit, employees of Da “Sauce” Wings asked Tarrus Pointer to leave because he refused to pay for his order.
When officers made contact, they asked Tarrus to leave several times and he refused. Officers then escorted him out the door, where Tarrus again refused to leave several times. Tarrus then began cursing at the officers and he was given one last chance to leave. Tarrus again refused, and this time starting cursing louder at the officers and caused a bigger scene.
Tarrus Pointer was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. His bond was set at $100.
