27-year-old Steffon Grantham was charged with indecent exposure after he told an officer he couldn’t stop his arms from masturbating when he was found laying on the floor in a parking garage.
On May 16th, Officer Peete was dispatched to an exhibitionist at 40 Monroe Avenue. According to the affidavit, when he arrived Officer Peete witnessed Steffon Grantham laying on his back in the parking garage playing with his penis.
Grantham told the officer that he had no control over his arms or their actions. Kaitlyn Cozart told authorities that Grantham had exposed himself and asked her to clutch his phallus. Officer Apalucci discovered that Grantham also had outstanding warrants for burglary and theft.
Steffon Grantham was arrested and charged with indecent exposure and had additional warrants. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $7,000 bond.
