29-year-old Joanna Tubbs was charged with domestic assault after University of Memphis officers were called to a disturbance where she was heard yelling at her husband and was reported that she pushed him in the chest and knocked a cap off his head, per report.
On May 14th, University of Memphis Officers Phillips and Grisham were called to 3872 Tiger Paw #101 in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers heard Joanna Tubbs yelling at her husband Andrew Tubbs.
Andrew reported to officers that Joanna pushed him in the chest and knocked his cap off his head. Officers noted there were no injuries.
Joanna Tubbs was arrested and charged with domestic assault. She was later released on her own recognizance.
