Officers told Brandon he could leave and advised him that his vehicle was being towed. Brandon then told officers he was going to get his things out of the car before it was towed, and officers responded by not allowing him to do so since there was a hold on the vehicle.

According to the affidavit, Brandon then got upset and started cussing at officers at the intersection of Watauga Avenue and Peterson Street. Officers repeatedly told Brandon to leave the area. Brandon then started calling the officers “bitch ass hoes” and caused a disturbance while still attempting to get his things out of the car.

Brandon Morgan was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was later released on his own recognizance.
