25-year-old Johnathan Huffman was charged with sexual battery after he was reported by his roommate for making unwanted sexual advances on her, per report.
On June 22nd, officers were called to 4094 Bridges Drive in reference to a forcible fondling. Upon arrival, Kelsey Kilburn reported to officers that her roommate Johnathan Huffman made unwelcome sexual advances toward her.
She went on to say that he grabbed her, turned her backside toward him, and felt on her breasts and buttocks. Kelsey told police that no penetration occurred. According to the affidavit, Johnathan was detained without incident. He gave a statement and admitted to the accusations against him.
Johnathan Huffman was arrested and charged with sexual battery. He was later released on his own recognizance.
