46-year-old Marcuskee Alexander was charged with domestic assault when he got into an argument with his wife while they were watching “Why Did I Get Married?” where she turned the TV off and he then punched her in the face.
On July 12th, around 9:30 pm victim, Sandra Alexander spoke with Officer Liggins regarding an assault. She said that around 9 pm that night she and her husband Marcuskee Alexander were in bed watching the movie “Why Did I Get Married?”
They began arguing about the movie, so she turned the television off throwing Marcuskee into a rage. In his rage, he punched her in the face which police reported they noticed that she had a bruised lip. She said that she broke free of his grasp after he punched her and called the police.
Marcuskee Alexander was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
