Woman slaps boyfriend, throws toilet paper holder at him for coming home late

34-year-old Chasity Smith was charged with domestic assault after she slapped her boyfriend and threw a toilet paper holder at him when he came home late.

On August 13th, Deputy Yarbrough responded to a domestic assault at 6894 Northknoll Avenue. Deputies made contact with Brandon Blaylock who stated he had been in an argument with his girlfriend Chasity Smith because he came home late that night. Brandon advised officers that she had become upset, and threw a toilet paper holder at the back, and then struck him in the right side of his face and ear. He advised that he had never struck Chasity during the argument.

Brandon stated that during the argument that Chasity threatened him with a knife, but no knife was never located by Brandon or police. Deputies offered Brandon medical attention, but he declined. Chasity confirmed that she had been in an argument with Brandon and that she had thrown a toilet paper holder, though officers could not locate the holder. Brandon agreed to complete a hold harmless but refused to speak to a Domestic Violence Advocate.

Chasity Smith was arrested and charged with domestic assault. Her bond was set at $1,000.
