Further, she stated that Finely was upset and left through the back door to walk around the front, kicked over her trash can, and punched her storm door. After shattering her door he stood outside and said, “Bitch I’m gonna smack the shit out of you,” and “Bitch you better come out.” Alonzo did so intending to fight with Piggies, and police spoke to neighbors who saw Alonzo out front by himself as well as intentionally hitting the storm door. Piggies also told police that her storm door is worth about $500. When police arrived, Alonzo had already fled from the premises but showed up later to be placed into custody after Piggies called them again.

Alonzo Finely was arrested and charged with domestic assault and vandalism. He was later released on his own recognizance.
