29-year-old Jacques Hudson was charged with domestic assault after he punched his wife and stomped on her head when he tried to leave with their children, per report.
On November 8th, Tyleeta Otis reported to Memphis Police Officer Byers about an altercation that happened with her estranged husband, Jacques Hudson, at the residence of 1014 Nabors Way. She stated that they got into an argument and became physical when he attempted to leave with their children.
According to the affidavit, he punched her in the mouth, causing her to fall down, and then stomped on her head while she was on the floor. The officer noted scratches on her arm, shoulder, and face as well as redness to the right side of her face.
Jacques Hudson was arrested on November 24th, and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
