49-year-old Kennedy Fitzpatrick was charged with soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor after he admitted to showing a picture of his penis to a 12-year-old girl after being aroused from a phone call that he previously had with his girlfriend.
On September 18th, Ms. Payne reported Kennedy Fitzpatrick to the Memphis Police Department for showing her 12-year-old daughter a picture of his penis. According to the affidavit, Payne’s daughter was with her at work, at 1100 Manassas Street, when Fitzpatrick came in, asking her if he was fat. He then showed her a picture on his phone of his stomach and penis. She reportedly demanded that he leave, proceeding to report him to her mother.
On September 21st, Memphis Police investigators questioned Fitzpatrick regarding the incident. He admitted he just finished talking to his girlfriend on the phone, was sexually aroused, and showed a picture of his stomach and penis to Payne’s daughter. Investigators found an image on his phone and Fitzpatrick confirmed it to be the photo he showed to the minor.
On October 30th, Kennedy Fitzpatrick was arrested and charged with soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
