Lawrencea Kelly charged after officers discover outstanding vehicle theft charge from Missouri

20-year-old Lawrencea Kelly was taken into custody on April 20^th for being a fugitive from justice. Officers got a “hit” from the National Crime Information Center, showing that Kelly had an outstanding theft of a motor vehicle charge from Missouri. Then, officers confirmed this with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department. Lawrencea Kelly was detained for the incident.

Lawrencea L. Kelly was booked into the Shelby County Jail on April 20th, charged with fugitive from justice.
