Trinika Woodard assaults multiple officers after being found walking with no shoes or pants on

35-year-old Trinika Woodard was involved in an altercation with law enforcement on May 22nd. Officers J. Wetzel and E. Brown observed Woodard walking down Riverdale Road without shoes or pants. When they went to check on Woodard’s well-being, she pulled away from them. Officers then attempted to detain Woodard, but she grabbed Officer Brown and scratched the right side of her face. Officer Wetzel grabbed Woodard to get her off Brown, but Woodard struck him in the head. Trinika Woodard was then taken into custody and charged with two counts of assault to a first responder and resisting arrest.

Amanda Williams tells police “f**k you I’m going to kill you” after kicking them during arrest

30-year-old Amanda Williams was seen assaulting Officers at Westys Restaurant on Main Street on July 27th, 2023. Williams was sitting at the bar demanding money back after she had consumed an alcoholic beverage. When officers arrived on the scene, they witnessed Williams shouting obscenities and threatening staff as well. She was asked to leave several times, but she refused. Officers escorted Williams out of the restaurant, and while they were walking out, she began swinging, striking, and kicking at them. While Officers attempted to place Williams in the backseat of the police car, she began shouting, “fuck you, I’m going to kill you,” before kicking and striking officers more. Williams was charged with assault on a first responder and resisting arrest.

Mercedes Partee refuses to leave Mount Moriah Road Extended Stay hotel, tells officers “F*ck you!”

25-year-old Mercedes Partee caused a disturbance at the Mount Moriah Road Extended Stay on March 30th. The receptionist at the location, Suman Kkrlamudi, alerted the authorities, advising them that a black female, later identified as Partee, was refusing to leave the property in room 210. When officers located Partee in the room, they told her to leave several times, which she disregarded and continued playing on her cell phone. Then, after giving her multiple chances to leave, Partee still refused to leave, telling officers, “F*ck you!” While trying to detain her, Partee became resistive, jerking her hands back. Officers had to take her to the ground, where they successfully arrested her. Partee was jailed for criminal trespass and resisting arrest. After posting bond on April 8th, Partee was taken back into custody on May 20th.

Rilesha Hines resists arrest after ignoring officers commands to stay back from crime scene

On May 9th, 22-year-old Rilesha Hines was seen resisting officers near Raines Road and Winchester Road. On the scene, there was a pedestrian who was struck while crossing the street and pronounced deceased. Officers asked Hines numerous times not to cross the crime scene tape, but she did not listen. Several officers asked Hines to back up from the roadway, but she ran through the officers and fell to the ground on her own accord. Officers attempted to take her into custody, which she resisted. Hines was later taken into custody for Disorderly conduct and resisting official detention.

Kenyatta Brown chases man down street with piece of glass

25-year-old Kenyatta Brown was seen assaulting Cameron Al-Wali at Cooper Street on April 21st. Officers arrived at the location and observed Brown being held back from attacking Al-Wali. When the bystanders saw the officers step out of their vehicle, they released Brown, which led to Brown chasing Al-Wali down the street. Officers told Brown to stop, but she refused to listen, so they made Al-Wali come to them to stop her. This, however, did not stop Brown from assaulting him and trying to strike him with a large piece of glass in her hand. Officers then attempted to place Brown in custody, but she refused and would not give officers her hands to get cuffed. After a brief struggle, officers got her cuffed and attempted to put her in the squad car, but she again struggled by stiffening her body and putting her leg on the door. Kenyatta Brown was transported to booking and charged with assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

22-year-old Marshawn Brakefield was charged with resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, and theft after he evaded police in a stolen Camry and hit an officer with his own baton as he tried to run away.
