27-year-old Calvin Holloway was charged with domestic assault after he put a gun in his baby’s mother’s face and threatened to shoot her when they were arguing about a pacifier.
On May 12th, Officers Nesbitt and Thompson were dispatched to 2887 Gruber Drive in regard to a domestic situation. When they arrived, Calvin Holloway was outside and Samantha Shell was in the home. According to the affidavit, Shell told authorities that Holloway is her boyfriend and father of their child.
They were arguing about a baby’s pacifier when Holloway brandished a handgun and put it in her face, threatening to shoot her. When officers acquired the weapon it was loaded with sixteen rounds and had a round chambered.
Calvin Holloway was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $3,000.
