Man strangles girlfriend on the way to grandmother’s home

35-year-old Randi Hulon was charged with domestic assault, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, and duty upon striking a highway fixture when he strangled and pushed his girlfriend out of a car on the highway.

On August 28th, Randi Hulon was driving his girlfriend to his grandmother’s house when they got into an argument about Hulon’s attitude. Hulon became so irate that he began to strange Decosa Parker, and pushed her out of the moving vehicle. Parker says that she never lost consciousness, but did become short of breath.

Shortly after, Hulon drove into a fence. The vehicle was towed, Parker was offered to be taken away by officers but refused, and Hulon was taken into custody. He admitted to driving without a license or insurance.

Randi Hulon was arrested and charged with domestic assault, duty upon striking highway fixture, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license. His bond was set at $10,000.
