40-year-old Tuterrance “Tutu” Toney was charged with aggravated sexual battery and sexual battery by an authority figure when he was caught in his 12-year-old step-daughter’s bedroom with her pants down and her genital area exposed.
On August 22nd, a forcible fondling call was reported at the 2800 block of Signal where the police made contact with M. Anderson. She stated she is the mother of a 12-year-old girl who was in the bedroom with her stepfather Tuterannce Toney.
Anderson stated that when she entered her daughter’s room Toney was in her bathroom while she was sitting on the bed with her pants down and her genitals exposed. The daughter told Anderson that Toney had come inside the room, pushed her down onto the bed, pulled down her pants, and touched her vagina with his hand. Toney was taken to the Sex Crimes Office at 170 North Main where he was interviewed but refused to give a statement.
Tuterrance Toney was arrested and charged with aggravated and sexual battery by an authority figure. His bond was set at $85,000.
