19-year-old Maggie Warren was charged with possession of meth and theft after she kept her stash in the same purse she was using to steal from Walmart.
On August 22nd, officers responded to a call from Walmart Loss Prevention at 6727 Raleigh Lagrange Road where Maggie Warren was caught attempting to shoplift. Before she left the store, Warren attempted to steal $34.88 in merchandise including BIC lighters, mascara pens, and a pair of shorts.
While authorities were going through Warren’s belongings, they found a plastic bag containing a white hard substance. Warren confessed that it was methamphetamine and was promptly charged.
Maggie Warren was arrested and charged with theft of merchandise and possession of meth. Her bond was set at $1,250.
