Lowe gave consent for authorities to search the vehicle and inside they found a Glock 23 in the glove compartment. When checked, the gun was traced back to one that was stolen from a U.S. Department of Treasury agent in June 2018. He told officers that a friend let him borrow the car and the gun wasn’t his. When officers checked Lowe in the system, they found him to be a convicted felon on a robbery charge on November 8th, 2016 where he pled guilty and was sentenced to three years on July 7th, 2017.

Odraious Lowe was arrested and charged with felon in possession of a handgun, no driver’s license, window tint violation, theft of property, and unlawful possession of a weapon. He was later released on his own recognizance.
