30-year-old Austin McGee was charged with domestic assault when a friend of his girlfriend reported to police that he had punched her in the face several times.
On September 6th, Officer Neal responded to a possible assault at 3422 Tutwiler Street. Officers were advised by complainant Mariah Allen that she got a text message from her friend Emilie Doughty saying that her boyfriend Austin McGee had punched her several times in the face.
Officers made contact with Emilie Doughty stating that her boyfriend Austin does drugs and got so high that he punched her in the face for no reason. Officers took photos of Emilie’s injuries and medical attention was refused. Austin was on the scene and taken into custody.
Austin McGee was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $5,000.
