29-year-old Terry Magee was charged with aggravated battery after threatening to break his mother’s windows and breaking in through her back door.
On September 3rd, Shelby County Sheriff’s Deputy McCondichie was dispatched to a domestic call at 6634 Olivia Forest Drive. Jacqueline Magee had advised that her son, Terry Magee was outside her home threatening to burst windows. Upon arrival, Deputies McCondichie and Woodard heard some type of material breaking, around the rear of the house.
Jaqueline immediately burst out of the front door, saw the police, and called for help. She told them that her son, Terry, had broken in through the back door. He then began walking quickly out front after Jacqueline and was detained by the deputies. Officers noted the back door frame of the house was shattered and the door was ajar.
Terry Magee was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary. He was later released on his own recognizance.
