Teenage landlord wakes tenant up then fires two warning shots to get him to leave

19-year-old Jordan Davis was charged with aggravated robbery and burglary after she brought three men into her tenant’s room, pointed a gun at him while one of the men beat him, then she forced him out.

On October 11th, Memphis Police officers responded to a robbery at 176 East Windsor Road. Colin Crockett told officers that he rented a room for a month from Jordan Davis and paid her $400. He stated that while he was asleep, Jordan Davis and three men came into the room.

One of the men with braids in his hair grabbed Crockett’s 9mm Glock and hit him multiple times. During the scuffle, Jordan was pointing her firearm at him. He was then forced out of the house. She fired two shots at the ground after he asked for his property back. Crockett positively identified Jordan and she admitted to renting a room to him and firing warning shots.

Jordan Davis was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary. She was released on a $35,000 bond.
