37-year-old Cynthia Gooch was seen trespassing at a hotel near Lamar Avenue on May 7th. Officers arrived on the scene and spoke with Morris Marvin, the hotel manager, who stated that Gooch was loitering on the property and refusing to leave. Officers then asked her to leave, but she refused. Officers asked her multiple times to leave, but she stated that she was not going to leave and that she owned the property. Officers then took Gooch into custody for trespassing.
Cynthia Marie Gooch of Memphis, TN, was booked into the Shelby County Jail on May 7th, charged with criminal trespass.
