24-year-old Edmond Stewart was charged with reckless endangerment and reckless driving after he swerved in and out of traffic, ran a red light, and almost hit two elderly men crossing the street.
20-year-old Brandon Brown was charged with intentionally evading arrest in auto, evading arrest, leaving the scene of the accident, reckless driving, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, resisting official detention, and theft of property after officers recognized the vehicle that he was in was stolen. He then wrecked, got out, and ran to hide in the woods until he was caught by a K9 officer.
