35-year-old Erica Sandoval was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication after being found sitting on the floor of a nail salon while intoxicated, throwing a fit, and refusing to leave.
On February 28th, Officer Glover and Officer Brown responded to a disturbance call at Walmart on North Germantown Parkway. When officers arrived, they observed Erica Sandoval sitting on the floor in front of the nail salon.
Officers attempted contact with Erica, but she refused to cooperate. Erica began causing a scene, throwing items, and interrupting operations of the nail salon. Officers were forced to pick Erica up and place her in the patrol car, which placed her into custody. Erica then began to become combative inside the patrol vehicle, where she was placed in a rip hobble restraint device.
Erica Sandoval was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. She was later released on her own recognizance.
