36-year-old Eugene Jackson was charged with rape, incest, and sexual battery after the mother of his 14-year-old reported to police that he raped their daughter repeatedly from June 2019 through March 2020 at his home.
On April 7th, police were called to a home on 4902 Autumn Leaf Drive to speak to Nechelle Newton about a forcible rape complaint. There she disclosed that her daughter told her that Eugene Jackson, her daughter’s father, had been raping her from June 2019 to March 11th, 2020 inside of his home located on 4449 Medley Lane. A forensic interview was conducted during the investigation where the daughter/victim stated that he had raped her several times throughout those several months and had instructed her not to tell anyone.
According to the affidavit, the mother noticed her daughter’s stomach was getting bigger. Nechelle then took her to the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital where a test was conducted and confirmed that she was pregnant. The daughter confirmed that Euguene was the only person that she had sex with. Even amidst denying all the allegations, Eugene was taken into custody.
Eugene Jackson was charged and arrested with rape, incest, and sexual battery by an authority figure. His bond was set at $250,000.
