45-year-old Brice Hall was charged with aggravated domestic assault when he strangled his live-in girlfriend to the point of unconsciousness during a verbal conflict. He was still at the scene when she came to and called the police.
On May 2nd, officers were dispatched to 3008 Crystal Avenue in regard to a domestic disturbance. According to the affidavit, Kendra Staten told authorities that she and boyfriend Brice Hall were having an argument in their shared home when he began strangling her. She did lose consciousness and when she came to, called the police. Ms. Staten was treated by emergency services at the scene.
Brice Hall was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
