Man bites and hits roommate after being asked to leave, then tells police he was attacked

33-year-old Billy Lacomb was charged with domestic assault after he was asked to leave by his roommate because he was cussing and getting angry in the house. He responded by biting the roommate’s arm and hitting him in the head.

On July 18th, Officers Hulley and Strickland were dispatched to a simple assault at 3328 Mageveney St. Larry Harvey said at around 9:49 pm while at his residence, he and Billy Lacomb got into an altercation on the back porch. Harvey advised that while inside the residence with another roommate, Marcus Law, Billy came inside and was acting out by cussing and becoming angry. Both Harvey and Law advised that they suspected Lacomb to be on meth and wanted him to leave. When Harvey asked Lacomb to leave, Lacomb began fighting with Harvey by biting his arm and hitting him in the head.

Harvey then grabbed a shovel and chased the Lacomb to his Ford Explorer where he then broke out the front windshield. Lacomb then fled the scene. While officers were still on the scene, Lacomb returned back and advised that he was attacked by Harvey for no reason. Officers deemed suspect Billy Lacomb to be the primary aggressor due to the injuries and stories from both Harvey and Law.

Billy Lacomb was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on his own recognizance.
