Woman tries to run her ex-boyfriend over twice in front of their child

24-year-old Kymari Brown was charged with aggravated assault when she tried to run her ex-boyfriend over during an argument while picking their child up from him.

On July 20th, Memphis Police officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 1878 Orleans. The victim, Alonzo Blevins, told the officers that his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child came to his residence to put up their child. Brown was sitting in her car when the arguing began.

Blevins told the police that he smacked the window and told Brown to leave. Brown then drove away, made a u-turn, and tried to hit Blevins with her car. Blevins was able to jump out of the way. Then she attempted a second time, still missing Blevins.

24-year-old Kymari Brown was charged with aggravated assault. Her bond was set at $2,000.
