Deputies Stamper and Munn were patrolling the area due to increased burglary attempts when they spotted a vehicle with out of state tags running parked in an empty church parking lot. Authorities approached the vehicle and saw a white male, David Riley, in the driver’s seat. Authorities announced their presence to Riley and asked him to keep his hands on the wheel instead of in his pants. Deputies asked Riley to step out of the vehicle.
