23-year-old Keneisha Craig was charged aggravated assault after stabbing her boyfriend during an argument at the Regal Inn.
On August 22nd, Memphis Police Officers S. Voller, R. Donald, C. Cordova, and S. Chastain were dispatched to the Regal Inn at 4063 South Third Street to an aggravated assault and domestic violence call. Upon arrival, contact as made with Keneisha Craig and her boyfriend Rashon Reed.
According to the affidavit, Craig pulled a serrated kitchen knife from her purse and stabbed Rashon Reed on the left side of his rib cage. Craig did not appear to have any visible injuries about her face or arms where she said that he had been grabbing and hitting her.
Keneisha Craig was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Her bond was set at $35,000.
