37-year-old Gregory Scott was charged with domestic assault after he pinned his wife to the wall and slapped her in the face with the back of his hand.
On October 6th, Christian “Bookie” Mosby spoke with Memphis Police Officer Caruthers and told them that she and her husband, Gregory Scott, got into a fight the day prior. She reported that the fight occurred in her residence located at 3540 Dalebranch Road after the two got into an argument.
During the fight, Gregory pinned Christian against the wall and slapped her across the face with the back of his hand. The assault left visible cuts on her lip and upper chest area. She then went to the Family Safe Center located at 1750 Madison Avenue where she was able to identify Gregory as being the one that slapped her.
On October 9th, Gregory Scott was charged with domestic assault. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
