33-year-old Kristine Lowe was charged with theft of property after she was found in a Dodge Charger that she admitted to stealing with her boyfriend in July of 2019 at a motel.
On July 31st, 2019, Terry Fulcher made a call to police stating that his Dodge Charger had been stolen. On September 27th, 2020 officers stated they observed a Charger fitting the description of the stolen vehicle sitting on the side of the North Perkins near Summer Avenue.
After the tag was ran through their system, the tags came back to be registered for a 1997 Kia. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with Kristine Lowe who admitted to stealing the car with her boyfriend Landon Lawson. She said they did so while they were at a motel near Jackson Avenue.
Kristine Lowe was arrested and charged with theft of property. She was later released on her own recognizance.
