Duo commits drive-by shooting after man threatens to “come shoot that b*tch up”

30-year-old Xavier Cole and 27-year-old Tamaranna Ivra were charged with attempted murder after Cole said he was going to “come shoot that bitch up” and Tamaranna drove a car while he shot at the house.

On October 21st, Joshua Brown reported several shots fired at the residence of 5692 Burnette Cove. He stated a 9-year-old and his mother, Juanetta Williams, were inside the home when a white Chevy Spark drove by, shooting at the house. Williams advised Brian that Cole called her approximately 30 minutes before the shooting, suggesting she leave the residence because he was about to “come shoot that bitch up.”

According to the affidavit and Brown, a bullet hit his hip and others went through multiple walls, a TV, and a refrigerator. Brown also identified Tamaranna Ivra as the driver of the vehicle and confirmed Cole as the shooter in a photo lineup.

On November 2nd, Sergeant Muhammad made contact with Cole, who agreed to speak with investigators but denied committing any crimes.

Xavier Cole was arrested and charged with four counts of attempted murder, employment of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and reckless endangerment. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $150,000 bond.

Tamaranna Ivra was arrested and charged with four counts of attempted murder, four counts of accessory after the fact, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and reckless endangerment. She is currently jailed in lieu of a $125,000 bond.
