42-year-old Nathan Shivers was charged with vandalism and theft after he was seen on security cameras stealing auto parts from underneath multiple cars in a lot.
On November 6th, Memphis Police Officers Brown, Moretta, and Cordova arrived at A & H Auto Sales, located at 1665 East Brooks Road, in response to a theft call.
