43-year-old Charleen Taylor was charged with aggravated assault after she pulled a knife on her husband for not leaving her house, telling him “you are going to leave either by choice or force.”
On November 16th, Memphis Police Officer Taylor arrived at the residence of 3835 Silver Chalice Drive in response to a domestic disturbance call. Upon arrival, Ryant Wooten advised that he and his wife, Charleen Taylor, got into an argument about him being at her house.
He reported when he refused to leave, Taylor grabbed a knife and put it to his throat. According to the affidavit, Taylor admitted to getting into an argument with Wooten and pulling a knife on him when he followed her into the laundry room. She stated she put the knife to his throat and told him “you are going to leave either by choice or force.”
Charleen Taylor was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. She was released on a $5,000 bond.
