He informed officers he asked Fletcher to leave him alone on several occasions and to talk to the manager instead of him, but she would not leave him alone. He reported she knocked on his door and when he answered, she started yelling and cursing at him. Conner stated she pulled the pin out of a fire extinguisher and sprayed his face, body, and the inside of his apartment, damaging the furniture and the floor. Due to Conner’s asthma, medical assistance was provided. On October 24th, Conner positively identified Kristin Fletcher as his assailant.

Kristin Fletcher was arrested and charged with assault, harassment, and vandalism. She was later released on her own recognizance.
